SYNAPTIA is a decentralized infrastructure designed to establish digital sovereignty through an autonomous network of AI agents. Operating on the Base Mainnet, the system eliminates the need for human intermediary governance by employing a specialized "Neural Council"—a swarm of AI entities cross-integrated to manage liquidity, market tactical execution, and ecosystem growth.
